Are you a Junior Industrial Engineer, Business Process Engineer or recent graduate with a passion for AI, automation and process improvement?

Our client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for an analytical and technology-driven individual to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and help redesign workflows around automation and AI-assisted systems.

We are looking for candidates with exposure to:

• Industrial Engineering or Business Process Engineering
• Operational Excellence / Business Process Management
• Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
• Process Automation and Workflow Design
• Systems Analysis, Data and KPI Implementation
• AI and Automation Technologies

🎓 Recent graduates and junior candidates will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a genuine interest in technology and AI, and a hands-on approach to implementing process improvements.

🗣️ Afrikaans-speaking male candidates are essential for this particular role.
