ortfolio Specialist – JHB & Cape Town
Join a very dynamic Property Management team!
We are looking for experienced Portfolio Specialists to manage Sectional Title & HOA portfolios in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
🔹 Scheme & AGM/SGM management
🔹 Client & Trustee relationship management
🔹 Financial oversight, levies & reporting
🔹 Maintenance & contractor management
🔹 Compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements: Matric, strong administration & financial skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and preferably Sectional Title/HOA experience. Paddock certification is advantageous.
